Counseling Community Connections is an online community for counseling students. The purpose of the site is to allow collaboration and information sharing between students and faculty within those programs. All students in GCU’s counseling programs (CMHC, SC, CES) will usually gain access to the community when they start one of the following classes and they will retain access to CCE for the duration of their program. If you are in one of GCU’s counseling programs and do not have access, reach out to GCU Technical Support to be added to the community.
SCN-501: Introduction to Graduate Studies and Foundations of School Counseling
UNV-508: Introduction to Graduate Studies in Counseling
RES-820D: The Literature Landscape: Counselor Education and Supervision
PCE-801: Ethics, Laws, and Multicultural Issues
SCN-600: School Counseling Practicum

On the home page you will find the Counseling Programs and Communities in the left column, and upcoming events on the right. The tabs on the top include Faculty and My Dashboard.
If you cannot access specific pages or tabs, it’s likely because you do not have the correct account permissions to do so. If you believe you should have access to a resource that is not available to you, contact Technical Support for assistance.
In the My Dashboard section, you will be able to see any pages that you are a member of, including new activities on those pages.
The My Spaces section will list all the communities that you are a part of, including any DCPs. These communities contain important documents, events on your calendar, upcoming activities, and forum topics
