There are a number of different error messages that students can receive when accessing their LoudCloud classroom. These errors typically indicate that you are trying to log into the wrong version of LoudCloud, or that it is too early to access your class.
Examples of error messages you may receive when attempting to log into LoudCloud can be found below.
"An error has occurred. Please contact Technical Support for assistance."
- HTTP Status 500
These errors most commonly occur when you search for "LoudCloud" in a search engine such as Google. The best way to access your LoudCloud classroom is through your GCU Portal. The links to your classroom located in your GCU Portal will always take you to the correct version of LoudCloud.
Additionally, check the start date of your course. Students can generally access a course three days prior to the start date, but in some situations the course is not accessible until the actual start date. It also takes up to 24 hours after being added to a course for your name to appear on the roster. If you were recently added to a course, check again after 24 hours have passed.
If you are still unable to access your course after verifying that none of the previously mentioned scenarios apply to you, contact us and we will be happy to look further into this for you.
