If you log into LoudCloud and receive an error stating "An error has occurred. Please contact technical support for assistance", chances are you're trying to log into the wrong version of LoudCloud.
This most commonly occurs when you search for "LoudCloud" in a search engine such as Google. The best way to access your LoudCloud classroom is through your Student Portal. The links to your classroom located in your Student Portal will always take you to the correct version of LoudCloud.
