This article has been updated to reflect the newest information about Adobe Flash Player. Adobe Flash Player is no longer supported by Adobe, and any content that requires Flash to run will be unavailable as of January 12th, 2021. Here is the official statement from Adobe:
“Since Adobe will no longer be supporting Flash Player after December 31, 2020 and Adobe will block Flash content from running in Flash Player beginning January 12, 2021, Adobe strongly recommends all users immediately uninstall Flash Player to help protect their systems. “
GCU Technical Support has updated all Help Center content within our own website so that it can run without Adobe Flash Player. If you are attempting to view a resource in your LMS classroom or another GCU website but it isn’t working, contact Technical Support. If we can replicate the problem on our end, we will contact the appropriate department so the resource can be updated.

SWs: If you can replicate the issue, start a Side Conversation.
FTEs: All instances of this issue should be individually escalated to the resource owner. If the resource is owned by a third-party, the issue should be escalated to CDD so that the resource can be replaced within the class. If the resource was created by GCU’s Academic Web Services department, we should escalate to them. See (FTE) Escalation Routing for routing details.
