Wireless printing is available on campus for all students at any campus printing location through the MyPrint website.Expand/Collapse All How to Print It is recommended that you wait until you are at the desired printing location before printing your document. Go to myprint.gcu.edu and enter your username, which can be either your GCU username or GCU email address (username@my.gcu.edu), and your GCU password. After entering your login credentials, click Log in. Click on Web Print and then Submit a Job. Select a printing option based on the paper size, color, and page formatting needed. Then, click on Print Options and Account Selection. You will have the option later to choose the specific location where your document will print. Enter the number of copies you need and then click on Upload Documents. Drag a file into the upload box or use the Upload from computer option to select a file from your device. Then, click on Upload & Complete. Once your document finishes uploading, click on Held in a queue and then print. Print jobs can be left in the queue for up to an hour before they are cancelled. Your document will now print at the chosen location. Money can be added $5.00 at a time. Under Amount to Add, select $5.00 and then click Add value. The PayPal website will then open. You have two options when paying with PayPal, Log in to your PayPal account or Pay with Debit or Credit Card. Based on the option you decided to use, open the matching accordion below. Log in to your PayPal account Log in to PayPal with your personal account login credentials. After logging in, select how you would like to pay and then click Complete Purchase. Pay with Debit or Credit Card After clicking Pay with Debit or Credit Card, enter your personal email address. Once entered, click Continue to Payment. Now it will ask for your contact information and debit/credit card details. After entering all required information, click Create Account & Pay Now Once the PayPal payment is completed, you will be redirected back to MyPrint and should see your new printing balance reflected at the top of the page below Current Balance. FAQ What do I do if I cannot log in to MyPrint? If you cannot log in to MyPrint, you may need to reset your password. What file types can be printed? Can I get a refund if my document doesn't print correctly? Credit added to MyPrint is non-refundable. If you have an issue with a print job, please ask staff for assistance at the GCU Library Information Desks. They will troubleshoot the issue and may be able to assist further. Is there a maximum number of pages I can print at a time? There is no maximum number of pages that can be printed at a time. However, document file sizes under 100 megabytes (MB) are recommended.
