To book an appointment with your Student Services Counselor or SSC, you will first need to access and log into the TutorTrac website.
Click here to be taken to the login page for TutorTrac: https://gcu2.tutortrac.com
Enter your GCU username (@my.gcu.edu is NOT included) and password, then click Login.
If you are unable to successfully login you may need to reset your password.
From the main menu on the left side of the screen, click Search Availability.
Choose Student Services Appointments for Center.
Select your SSC from the Consultant drop-down menu. Next, select the reason for meeting.
Set the date and time range of when you would like to book your appointment. Click Search to see availability.
Available time slots will appear on the right. Select the appointment you would like to book.
You will be prompted to enter your phone number and include a brief description of what you would like to discuss with your SSC. Then click Save.
Clicking the Main Menu option on the top left-hand corner will show your upcoming appointments.
Once on the Main Menu, you will be able to see the appointment you have booked.
Clicking your appointment will show the details.
From the Main Menu under your upcoming appointments, clicking the X icon will allow you to cancel your appointment.
Enter the reason for your cancellation, then click Confirm Cancellation.
