GCU Technical Support is happy to assist with basic troubleshooting and course related navigation, such as accessing Halo Learn and downloading eBooks; however, there are some issues outside of our scope of service that can only be handled by our Staff IT Support team.

Typically, a Faculty or Staff member will want to contact Staff IT Support via phone for all the circumstances listed above. If you are experiencing an issue with your work computer, a projector, or another issue with GCU computers, Staff IT Support may send a representative come to you to fix the issue in person, should the situation call for it.

If you would like in-person assistance with your issue, the Nerd Herd is an extension of the Staff IT Support team located on the second floor of the Student Union, next to the Grand Canyon Beverage Company. Their hours of operation are:
