When troubleshooting connection issues, a network trace can provide us valuable insight into what’s happening behind the scenes as your browser communicates with a website. This article will guide you through the steps to capture a network trace across different browsers and devices. These instructions will help you gather the information needed to diagnose and resolve issues efficiently.
NOTE Technicians, this article is useful for issues with submitting discussion questions and assignments to Halo. We will go through this whenever we need to escalate an issue to the Halo team.
IMPORTANT Keep in mind that the network trace will include sensitive data and should not be shared to anyone who is not part of GCU Technical Support.
