We are currently experiencing issues with logins to the GCU Portal, typically first time logins with no multi-factor authentication (MFA) methods set up, but some accounts with prior MFA set up as well. There is currently no workaround for this problem, but we are aware of the issue and are working to resolve it. The Global Ticket Number for this issue is #3357456.
