Student Support: Third-Party Websites & Software

There are times we may receive phone calls regarding Third-Party Websites such as MathXL, Taskstream, Evolve, and Unity Web Player. Although we may not have the resources available to troubleshoot these websites, it is our goal to provide the best possible service for our customers. This could mean simply doing a little research into the website to assist them with recovering their password or contacting their technical support department. We DO NOT want to tell our customers that we are not trained to assist with these websites, we want to reassure them that the third-party will be better equipped to assist them with their issue and provide them with the resources they need to get their issue resolved
