When you chat in with Technical Support, you can request a transcript of the interaction. You can request a transcript of the interaction after the first message that you receive.

1. To request a transcript of the interaction, click the three dots to the right of the message box.
   
   
2. Click Request email transcript.
   
   
3. Enter an email and press Submit.
4. After the chat is over, you will receive the transcript in your email sent from Chat Transcript.
