Technical Support offers a multitude of ways to contact for support. If you need to reach out to GCU Technical Support through our Chat option, we recommend going to the article Contact Technical Support and selecting the Live Chat button.
Once you start the chat with Technical Support, you can request a transcript of the interaction. You can request a transcript of the interaction after the first message that you receive.
- To request a transcript of the interaction, click the three dots to the right of the message box.
- Click Request email transcript.
- Enter an email and press Submit.
- After the chat is over, you will receive the transcript in your email sent from Chat Transcript.
