The GCU Engage App creates a co-curricular transcript for you to show potential employers a record of your community service and leadership experiences. To download the free mobile application, visit the Google Play or App Store and search for GCU Engage. Follow the instructions below to login and access the app on your iPhone or Android device.
Logging into the GCU Engage App
Once the app has finished downloading, open the app and select Next.
You will be prompted to select your Role.
Login using your GCU Portal information. If you are unable to login, click Help in the top right corner, then Forgot my password.
Login using your Staff Credentials. If you are unable to login, click Help in the top right corner, then Forgot my password.
If you are a GCU Parent and it is your first time accessing the app, choose Sign up with Email.
Fill out the information in the fields to create your account.
Once the account has been created, you will receive an email with your verification code.
Enter the 6-digit code received through email on GCU Engage.
Setup Your Profile
Now you that you have completed your account setup, you will begin updating your profile. Click on Setup Your Profile to begin.
When setting up your profile most of the information will be generated automatically. Once you have finished updating your profile, click Next.
On the next screen, you will be asked to participate in a small questionnaire. Once you have finished the questionnaire, click Submit.
Using GCU Engage
Now you have successfully created your account with GCU Engage. The landing page will allow you to access your Messages, Dashboard, and Campus.
The Messages tab will allow you to view notifications and messages. Within the messages section, you may communicate in different forums.
The initial landing for the GCU Engage app is the dashboard. Within the dashboard you can access your Agenda and discussion threads.
Clicking View Your Agenda will allow you to add and schedule events for the desired date and time.
Select the purple QR Code to view your QR Code or scan another.
Position the QR Code scanner over the desired code. Once the QR Code is read, the information will load.
Click My QR to view your assigned code and allow others to scan it.
Campus is split into two main sections: Events and Resources.
The Events page will show all upcoming and current events. Clicking attend for any event will add it to your Agenda.
The resources section contains several different interactive apps.
Using Campus Map will assist you with navigating around campus.
The Groups app allows you to communicate with fellow students through different Groups and Associations.
Calendars allows you to view Canyon activities, Board activities and events managed by clubs and organizations. You can add an event to your Calendar by clicking Subscribe within the event. The Calendar also lists associated students of GCU.
