|LopesWrite functionality for CLC Assignments||
Multiple members in a CLC group should not submit their assignments through LopesWrite. If multiple members submit parts of their assignment to LopesWrite, the final submission combining all of the assignments together will account for the previous submissions in the similarity index. This will result in a higher number than it would be otherwise.

|** LopesWrite evaluates text not displayed due to Track Changes when calculating the similarity score||
Users may continue to make edits to an assignment after their initial submission to LopesWrite to lower the similarity percentage. If the track changes setting in Microsoft Word is turned on before editing the assignment, the original document will still be stored. While this may be invisible to the user, it’s still visible to LopesWrite and can result in receiving the same similarity index score as before.
**Workaround:** Create a new document in Microsoft Word. Copy and paste your assignment into the new document and submit to LopesWrite

|Some documents are blank after being uploaded.
Affected Group: Students / Faculty
After uploading a document to LoudCloud, users may receive an error message when attempting to submit the document to LopesWrite. This occurs because the document appears blank, and LopesWrite cannot read it.
Workaround: Create a new document in Microsoft Word. Copy and paste your assignment into the new document and submit it to LoudCloud. This should prevent the document from showing up blank, and LopesWrite will be able to read it.
