iMedRIS is a website used by students and faculty to submit research applications to GCU’s Institutional Review Board (IRB). For more information about what an IRB is, and how to submit an IRB application, see:

iMedRIS can be accessed directly at gcuirb.imedris.net. The login information is your GCU email address and password. If you are unable to log in, we recommend resetting your password. Click the link below to be taken to instructions for resetting your password.

Before a student will be able to locate your account in iMedRIS, you will first need to log in. Once you have logged in for the first time, your account will show up for them.
Students can click the orange colored Help icon in the upper right corner of the iMedRIS website. Additionally, resources can be found the IRB Research Center available in CIRT and the DC Network (links are available above).
