When you encounter any performance issues related to LoudCloud, it can be frustrating. We are committed to making your experience in LoudCloud an enjoyable one. There are multiple LoudCloud servers and knowing which server you are connected to can help us resolve those issues. Examples of performance issues include:
- Slow loading content
- Proxy errors
- Endless orange circles in the forums
Finding the server information is very easy. You can access the server information by clicking the Tech Support link from the LoudCloud log in page or for the bottom of your classroom.
Once you click the Tech Support link, you will receive a Technical Support pop-out box.
To access the server information, click Show System Information.
The server information is listed under the Server Name. This window also provides your Operating System, Browser, Flash Player, and Cookie information. If you click on Send Information to Tech Support, you can email this information to us directly. Simply send the information to firstname.lastname@example.org.
