When you encounter any performance issues related to LoudCloud, it can be frustrating. We are committed to making your experience in LoudCloud an enjoyable one. There are multiple LoudCloud servers and knowing which server you are connected to can help us resolve those issues. Examples of performance issues include:
- Slow loading content
- Proxy errors
- Endless orange circles in the forums
Server information can be found through the Tech Support link. This can be found at the bottom of the page for the login screen and within your classroom.
After clicking the Tech Support link and receiving a Technical Support pop-out box, you may need to scroll down to locate the server information under Server Name.
This window also provides your Operating System, Browser, Flash Player, and Cookie information. If you click on Send Information to Tech Support, you can email this information to us directly. Simply send the information to firstname.lastname@example.org with a description of your problem.
