This article contains information about the old website, which is referred to as the Legacy Faculty Portal. The Legacy Faculty Portal is still utilized for a few different processes, and can be accessed at gculegacyportal.gcu.edu. See the headings below for information about each process.
The login information for the Legacy Faculty Portal is NOT the same as what you would use for the new Faculty Portal. All faculty, regardless of adjunct vs. full-time status, should log in with the following username format:
username@gcu.edu
Your password is the same password utilized for the majority of GCU websites. If you need to reset your password, see Password Reset Process for assistance.
You can locate the Student ID number for any of your students inside of the Legacy Faculty Portal.
- Once you are logged in, click on the Find Student button in the upper-right side of the page.
- The Find Student button will launch a pop-up window, so make sure you have the GCU sites added to your pop-up exemptions.
- In the Student Search pop-up window, enter your student's first and last name and click Search.
- Any students matching that name will populate in the Results heading below.
