When you upload your assignment to LoudCloud, the system will automatically scan your file to make sure that it's virus free. Sometimes, the submission will freeze or take a long time to finish. The most common cause for this is a poor internet connection:
- Check other websites to make sure your connection is working well or restart your modem to reset your internet connection.
- Try clearing your cache and cookies or use another browser to upload your file if the modem reset does not resolve the issue.
- A common way to resolve this issue is to simply copy and paste the entirety of your assignment into a new file of the same type. That means, if you are having trouble uploading a Word document, you can copy and paste your assignment into a new Word document and upload the new file.
