To reset your password, you must first be registered for password reset.
If you have already registered, navigate to https://reset.gcu.edu/.
Select Change Password.
Next, click I am Faculty.
Enter your username and click Proceed.
Enter your PIN and click Submit.
Note: If you do not remember your PIN, select I forgot my PIN to be given the opportunity to answer your security questions and verify your identity. If you answer your security questions incorrectly three (3) times, you will be locked out for one (1) hour. Should you be locked out, you can attempt to change your password again after one hour has passed.
After answering your security questions, click Submit.
Once you are able to verify your identity, you can choose a new password. The password must meet the following criteria:
- 8-16 character in length; and contain
- One upper case letter;
- One lower case letter; and
- One number.
To confirm your password, enter it one more time and click Submit.
You will receive a message confirming your password was successfully reset. To log in to your account with your new password, click the Go to the Student & Faculty Portal link.
Please keep in mind that your faculty password expires every 90 days. If you need to reset your password, you can return to reset.gcu.edu anytime!
