If you miss three appointments, you will not be able to book future appointments.
All active GCU students have access to free learning assistance through the GCU Academic and Career Excellence Center (Home of the Learning Lounge). To book an appointment with a LEAD (Learning Advocate), you will first need to access and log into the TutorTrac website.
Click here to be taken to the login page for TutorTrac: http://gcu.tutortrac.com/
Enter your GCU username (@my.gcu.edu is NOT included) and password, then click Login.
From the main menu on the left side of the screen, click Search Availability.
Choose the type of appointment you would like to book. Select iLEAD (Online Center) for a 1 on 1 online appointment or select University Learning Lounge for daily in person walk-in sessions on campus.
NOTE If you are an online student and do not have an option for iLEAD (Online Center), it is likely because there are no tutors who specialize in your course or degree program. This is most common for doctoral courses. If you need assistance with your coursework and do not have an option to book a tutor through Tutortrac, we recommend reaching out to your instructor for assistance.
If you are a doctoral student, we recommend utilizing ThinkingStorm for tutoring services. If you have any questions, please reach out to your chair or the College of Doctoral Studies.
Next, click the course you would like assistance with from the Section drop down menu.
Set the date and time range of when you would like to book your appointment. The site will default search from the current date to 8 days in the future. Then click Search to see availability.
Available time slots will appear on the right. Walk in appointments will be highlighted blue, while online 1 on 1 appointments will be highlighted in green. Click on the appointment that you would like to book.
Select the Reason for the appointment, either In Person or Phone Session. Then enter your Phone number and fill the Notes section with a brief description of what you want to cover in your appointment. Then click Save.
You can cancel an appointment up to 4 hours prior to the scheduled appointment time.
After logging into the TutorTrac website, the main page will show your upcoming appointments on the left. Click the X icon next to the appointment you want to cancel.
